Las normas o NOM

Las Normas STPS (Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social) son Normas Oficiales Mexicanas (NOM) obligatorias que establecen las condiciones mínimas de seguridad, higiene y salud en los centros de trabajo en México, buscando prevenir accidentes y enfermedades laborales, protegiendo la vida y salud de los trabajadores a través de regulaciones técnicas para empresas, patrones y empleados en temas como equipo de protección, manejo de riesgos, capacitación y condiciones ambientales. .
